These terms govern your use of anawaz.com, operated by Anawaz (SMC-Private) Limited in Islamabad, Pakistan. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. Project work is governed by a separately agreed client contract.
Using the website
You may browse the site, read our articles and download or print material for your own reference or to evaluate our services. Use the site lawfully and respect the rights of others.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to the site, its accounts, infrastructure or connected systems.
- Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with normal operation or deliberately place an unreasonable load on the site.
- Do not probe, scan or test security without prior written authorisation defining the permitted scope.
- Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading enquiries, publish spam or use comments to disclose someone else’s private information.
- Do not systematically copy content for unauthorised republication or present it as your own.
We may moderate comments and restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the site or meet a legal requirement.
Security reports
If you discover a possible security issue, contact contact@anawaz.com with a concise description and non-sensitive evidence. Avoid accessing other people’s data, changing records or disrupting services. Reporting an issue does not itself authorise further testing. We will consider good-faith reports, but this page does not establish a bug-bounty programme or promise a payment or legal immunity.
Enquiries and client engagements
Our capabilities include software and web development, mobile applications, AI engineering, automation, systems integration, ERP work, application modernisation, cloud and DevOps, security services and support. Descriptions explain the type of work we can discuss; they are not a fixed offer of scope, price, completion date or guaranteed result.
Sending an enquiry, receiving an estimate or reading a service page does not by itself create a client engagement. Before work begins, the parties should agree the applicable scope and commercial terms. A proposal, statement of work or other accepted agreement may define deliverables, acceptance criteria, dependencies, fees, payment dates, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, data handling, support, warranties, liability, change control and termination.
A signed or otherwise validly accepted engagement agreement takes precedence over these website terms for that engagement. Updating this page does not amend an existing client contract. Unless specifically agreed, the website does not promise round-the-clock support, a particular response time, uptime, cost saving, certification, ranking or regulatory compliance outcome.
Client information and authorised access
Please provide information you are entitled to share and identify material constraints when discussing a project. Do not put credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential datasets in the public comment area or a general enquiry. We can agree an appropriate transfer method and confidentiality arrangements before sensitive information is exchanged.
Security testing, data collection, integrations and access to client systems require an agreed scope and suitable authorisation. Responsibilities for permissions, licences, third-party platforms and data-processing arrangements belong in the engagement agreement.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, site text, designs, graphics, logos and other materials belong to ANAWAZ or their respective rights holders. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use our identity as your own. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
You may share a link to an article and quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link to its original page, subject to applicable rights. Republishing complete articles, copying site designs or using our logo in a way that suggests an unauthorised relationship requires permission. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are determined by the client agreement, not by this page.
Articles and illustrative material
Articles provide general information, rather than advice for a particular legal, financial, security or technical situation. Technology, costs and requirements change. Evaluate recommendations against your own systems and obtain suitable advice when a decision requires it.
Conceptual and AI-generated illustrations are used to explain topics and the brand. They do not establish that a pictured system is a client implementation or that a depicted outcome has been achieved. AI-enabled project outcomes, evaluation and human oversight should be addressed during scoping.
Comments and subscriptions
You remain responsible for the material you submit and for having the rights needed to submit it. By posting a comment, you allow us to display and moderate it as part of the discussion. We may remove spam, unlawful material, abusive content or private information. Publication of a comment does not mean that ANAWAZ endorses it.
Blog updates are optional. Subscribers may receive emails when new articles are published and can manage or cancel their subscription using the links in those emails. Personal information associated with comments and subscriptions is described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services and links
External links and connected services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their content, availability or future changes. A link alone is not an endorsement or a promise about that provider. Third-party software and services used in a client project are subject to the agreed project terms and relevant licences.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or freedom from every technical issue. The website is provided for general use without a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, ANAWAZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing here excludes liability or removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable client agreement.
Changes and applicable law
We may revise these website terms and will show the latest revision date above. Revised terms apply to subsequent website use, subject to applicable law. They do not retrospectively change an existing engagement agreement.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes concerning them are subject to the courts of Pakistan. This does not remove mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights that applicable law gives you elsewhere. An engagement agreement may specify its own governing law and dispute process.
